How Do You Turn Off Nest Thermostat

Using the Nest App

1. Open the App: First, ensure your mobile device is connected to the same Wi - Fi network as your Nest thermostat. Then, launch the Nest app. It has a distinctive icon that's easy to recognize.
2. Locate Your Thermostat: Once the app is open, you'll see a list of Nest devices if you have more than one. Tap on the tile representing your Nest thermostat.
3. Access Settings: In the thermostat's main screen within the app, look for the gear - shaped "Settings" icon. Usually, it's located in the top - right corner. Tap on this icon to open the settings menu.
